Learning, Engagement & Research Manager
Adam Goldwater is the Learning, Engagement & Research Manager at the Great North Museum Hancock and is a PhD researcher with Newcastle University. Adam has strong track record in museum learning with 15 years experience with Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums, formerly leading the regional team as part of Renaissance in the Regions and as a member of TWAM’s Learning Innovations team. Innovation is key to Adam’s approach and he is taking the learning strategy at GNM:H from best practice to ‘next’ practice as part of his research and work with a local Learning Trust that will see progressive museum learning and curriculum practice spread to schools across Newcastle.
