This session is aimed at young people 6 to 12 years of age.
Tickets will be available to book from August 12th.
We will get in touch in advance of the session and ask families to confirm their attendance. This is to ensure that we are able to fill any spaces with families from the waiting lists.
Workshop Summary
This workshop gives learners an introduction into how ancient Greek hoplite soldiers would have trained, some of the objects they would have used and the armour they would carry into battle. Using the objects, students are encouraged to think about what life was like for a hoplite soldier.
