Toddler Takeover Day

Come along with your little ones for our Toddlers' Takeover Day.

Discover what happens behind the scenes at the museum through a range of games and activities suitable for our little learners.

Each toddler will receive a job checklist of things to do which will take you to stations set up around the museum to explore. These activities will  include:

• Going on a Gallery patrol
• Making ‘puffballs’ to pack our museum objects safely
• Carefully transporting objects
• Sorting our Museum 'store room'
• Sweeping and dusting
• Singing and signing

We would recommend spending 1 hour exploring the different activities at your own pace. 

Please book a ticket for each member of you party, including all babies, toddlers, older children and adults. 

When booking your tickets please ensure that you have provided an email address so that we are able to send important information about the day in advance. Starting times for this event are staggered to reduce busyness on the day. Please arrive at the Museum at the starting time stated on your ticket.
